You know that trend that’s on tiktok where it shows you now, and says you should be kinder to yourself.. and then flashes to a photo of your younger self to show how you are also being mean that version of yourself.. I hope that made sense lol.. Well I like to imagine your future self as well… looking back on to you now. Are you kind to yourself? Your future you will look back and see a version of yourself that needed more love as well. The person you are now is in need of just as much love as your younger self. And it will be that way as you get older too. Be kind. Be gentle. Be aware of just how special you are now.
