It’s that time of year when I start putting a lot of energy into goal setting for the year to come. There’s been a common goal and theme on my mind lately.. and that is centered around how can we empower and provide the right resources for as many women as possible so that they can step into their true power? How can we enrich the lives of others and inspire them to do the same? That’s where my focus is and I can’t wait to discover all of the ways this will come to fruition.

The overall theme for this year has definitely felt like that scene in Friends where they are carrying the couch up the stairs and Ross is yelling “pivot, pivot!”
So many things have changed and are continually changing. Many challenges this year have lead to facing hard truths and making decisions in my business that have been on my heart for a long time, but felt scary in the moment. Thankfully those feelings of fear have been replaced by peace… and that’s always a good sign of being on the right path.
I know none of this really means anything just yet, but just know amazing new things are on the way for 2024.

Have you ever looked at a past version of yourself

Have you ever looked at a past version of yourself and felt like you don’t resonate with that person at all anymore? There’s been so much change and growth, that it’s hard to even identify with that past version. It’s ok to feel this way, but also know that past version still had purpose and still helped you get where you are today. Thank that version of yourself and then express gratitude for the person you are now. Everything is always changing and evolving, how beautiful that we get to experience it all!
